2 lb bass fillets1/2 c butter melted1 tb lemon juice1/4 ts dried parsley flakes1 tb sesame seed
Lightly grease the unheated rack of the broiler pan, arrange the filletsatop the rack. In a bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, and parsley. Brushfillets with mixture. Broil fillets 4 inches from heat for 4 minutes. Turn fillets and brush with more butter mixture. Broil for about 5 minutes more or till the fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
