The first thing that you notice about the new Abu Garcia Veritas Series rods when you pick one up is the amazing lightness of the rod.  The 30-ton graphite material used by Abu Garcia for this rod allows the angler to feel subtle bites that transmit through the rod to the user’s hand with incredible sensitivity.  The “nano technology” behind the construction of the rod means that it stands up to damage well while utilizing a material that is very light to the angler.  Abu Garcia claims that these rods are 2.5 times more durable than a standard graphite rod.  The material combined with the exposed reel seat make the rod a great tool for fishing when you need increased sensitivity to bites.  Regardless of if you are power fishing, cranking, or finesse fishing the rods are great for being able to feel every bump and vibration that goes through the line.

Frog in Green/Yellow
